mini quilt swap

I have signed up for Lucy's http://lucylocketrecycledherpocket.blogspot.com/ mini quilt swap but I'm such a clot at adding the above picture in the sidebar. I couldn't do the other badges either. If any one has typepad and can tell me how to add it I would be grateful. Anyway I am really looking forward to making a mini quilt. I have made mini pictures but not really a quilt. Does a quilt mean padded? or pieced together? Just looked it up in the dictionary. Quilt:coverlet, esp. made of padding enclosed between two layers of fabric and kept in place with lines of stitching. So there you go, if you didn't know.

I'm excited about this swap - it will be great to see what everyone makes! I don't know what I mean by a "quilt" really - but I'm looking forward to seeing how people interpret it!
